House Rules

If you need anything during your stay, please message us through your booking platform.

Check-In: 3:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

QUIET HOURS

10:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Sunday - Thursday)

11:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Friday - Saturday)

To respect our neighbors and comply with local regulations:

  • No loud music, shouting, or gatherings outdoors during quiet hours

  • Violation of quiet hours may result in immediate cancellation without refund

GUESTS

  • Only registered guests are allowed on the property

  • Exceeding the maximum guest count is not permitted.

This rule is strictly enforced to protect the home and neighborhood

NO SMOKING

  • No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors / windows

  • Smoking inside will result in additional cleaning fees

PETS

  • Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival

  • Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees

​​SAFETY & SECURITY

  • Fire extinguishers are located in the laundry room and upstairs master bedroom

  • The first-aid kit is located in the downstairs bathroom cabinet

  • Smoke & carbon monoxide detectors are installed for your safety

  • Do not disable or tamper with safety devices​​

  • ​There is a security camera in the backyard (disclosed in the listing).

TOWELS, LINENS & LAUNDRY

  • Please do not remove towels or linens from the property

  • If you use the washer/dryer, please clean the lint trap after use

TRASH

  • Please place trash in the provided bins

  • Do not leave trash outside the home

HVAC & UTILITIES

  • Please keep doors and windows closed while AC/heat is running

  • Set thermostat responsibly to conserve energy

HOT TUB

  • Maximum occupancy: 6 people

  • No glass in or near the hot tub

  • Children must be supervised at all times

  • Use at your own risk. Not recommended if pregnant or while consuming alcohol

Make yourself at home

How do you fold out the futon? How do you turn on the hot tub? Like every house, this one has a few quirks and things that are good to know while staying here. 

CHECKOUT REMINDERS

Checkout is at 11:00 AM

To help the house run efficiently & prepare for the next guests, please complete the following before checkout:​​

     ✔️ Load and start the dishwasher

     ✔️ Keep hot tub on & set to 90° (summer/warm weather) or 95° (non-summer/cold weather)

     ✔️ Set thermostat to 78° (summer/warm weather) or 68° (non-summer/cold weather)

     ✔️ Put back dining tabletop grey side up on top of support blocks

     ✔️ Turn off lights & appliances

     ✔️ Close & lock all doors and windows. If keys were used, place in lock box​​​

     * No need to strip beds or start laundry unless requested.
