Hot Tub Rules & Safety Reminders

- Maximum occupancy: 6 people

- No glass containers in or around hot tub

-bChildren must be supervised at all times

-Use at your own risk

- Not recommended for pregnant guests or 

extended use while consuming alcohol

10:00pm–8:00am (Sunday–Thursday)

11:00pm–8:00am (Friday–Saturday)

​Default Temperature
The hot tub is kept at 90°-95°F to conserve energy. If you would like it warmer, please adjust the temperature well in advance of use.

​

​Please note: This is a 120V hot tub and may take several hours (or longer) to heat, depending on weather conditions. Instant heating is not possible.

​​

Adjusting the Temperature

  • Press WARM to increase temperature

  • Press COOL to decrease temperature

  • Continue pressing until the desired temperature is displayed

  • You will know the hot tub is heating/cooling if the light above 'COOL' turns on.

​

Again, heating & cooling times depend on weather and water conditions. It typically takes 1-2 hours to heat a few degrees. Thank you for your patience!

Troubleshooting

The hot tub should always remain ON. If it is not running, follow these steps:

  •      Step 1: Open the black plastic box (labeled 'HOT TUB PLUG). If unplugged, plug it into the extension cord.

  •      Step 2: Press RESET (ON). Wait 2–5 minutes

  •      Step 3: If it does not turn on after 5 minutes, press TEST (OFF), then RESET (ON).​

Notify host if hot tub troubleshooting fails and hot tub is unable to run.

​Before Checking out
Please keep on and set the temperature to 90°F (summer/warm weather) or 95°F (non-summer/cold weather) and securely replace the cover.

Last thing: hot tub availability is not guaranteed (weather/maintenance dependent). As stated in the listing, no refunds are provided if the hot tub is temporarily unavailable.​
